When you use magictable.ca, we may collect: your name and email address (if you submit a contact form or request a quote), your phone number (if you provide one), your IP address and navigation data (cookies — see section 4).
Your information is used to respond to your request, deliver the quote you asked for, contact you by phone if you explicitly consented, and — with your separate consent — occasionally send product updates or private invitations.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare (United States). Forms are relayed by Aspyn AI (forms.aspyn.ai). Cloudflare Turnstile prevents automated submissions — without using tracking cookies. Google Tag Manager, when enabled via the cookie banner, may load Google Analytics. None of these sub-processors access the content of submissions beyond what is strictly necessary to route them.
Three categories: essentials (always on, required for the site to function), audience measurement (consent required), marketing (consent required). Your choice is stored for 13 months in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time via "Manage cookies" in the footer of every page.
Submissions sent through forms are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Audience-measurement data is anonymized and kept for up to 14 months.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by writing to info@magictable.ca. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying to the email received.
