2. Intellectual property
The magictable name, logo, and site copy are protected. Bermex product imagery is used under commercial agreement with the manufacturer. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice. A quote generated by the configurator is not an order. Orders are confirmed in writing after verification of availability, lead time, and delivery terms.
4. Warranty
magictable tables are covered by the Bermex manufacturer warranty: one year on furniture construction, ten years on chair frames. Full conditions accompany every delivery.
5. Limitation of liability
magictable.ca is provided "as is." No liability is accepted for indirect damages resulting from use of the site or reliance on a generated quote.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the operator’s judicial district.
